Default I dont get any service anymore!

Ive been with t-mobile for years! Ive always had full and I mean FULL bars. Now I think I might be having either a phone problem or something. I get service but every five minutes my service dissapears completely. I know its not the simple fact that I have no service. I know theres something wrong. It makes no sense. Any help? I have a RAZR V3 if that helps.

There may be a tower issue. You might want to call T-Mobile and set up a trouble ticket for them to check service in your area.

What area do you live in? This info could get you more help here.

It could also be a phone issue, possibly a lose antenna connection?

What about other T-Mobile users in your area, are they having problems? Could you maybe put your SIM in another phone?

Well I live in New York. Staten Island to be exact. Ive made many complaints to T-mobile and have also filed many trouble tickets. Ive also had a new phone sent to me. No other t-mobile users are having this issue.

Since you've tried the trouble ticket thing with T-Mobile, with no change in service, I would agree with Charlyee that this is a phone issue.

If they sent you another phone (the same as your previous phone), it could be a problem with the phone maker. Which phone do you have? T-Mobile's Samsung phones are NOT known for being the best, especially with signal, for example.

You also may try a new sim, but this can be confirmed or thrown out if you put your sim into another persons phone, if the problem follows the sim then try to replace it let tmobile know that you tried this and the result and a new sim can be arranged for you. Hope your service improves soon.

man that sucks sorry,
call and upgrade try a new phone nothing to lose you get 14 days to try it out if it doesn't work send it back other than that keep calling to troubleshoot hopefully it gets resolved for you soon
