Question excessive roaming

Before I signed my contract I had t mobile check if I had service in my area. This was April 2006, I was told from my home I would be roaming from a Corr tower but that was not a problem because I had free roaming. I have 5 lines and 4 of them reside in the same home. My two kids get up one morning and NOT REGISTERED shows up...they had been cancelled. No letter informing us of the impending doom. Then begins the difficult task of finding answers from my carrier.....help?!

When you signed a contract it said if you roam more than 50% (i'm not sure exact number maybe it's different) then you will get cancelled. You signed it!

You definately should have been notified, I know for a fact recently some customers got cancelled automatically by mistake, call tmobile they should be able to give you an answer
