Default Is this covered?

Yeah, so I took a quick peek at my Nokia 6133 (T-Mobile) to check for missed calls a little while ago, and I noticed that the screen was "cracked." Well, it wasn't really cracked. The LCD display just appeared to be broken. I can still use the phone - even thought I can't see anything - but I was wondering, does this fall under the criteria for a replacement? I'm very careful with my phone, and wasn't mistreating it in a way that would mess up the screen. I don't think they would turn me down for a fault in their phone, but could they?

More than likely they're going to assume that it's your fault that the LCD got cracked.

the sad reality is that it is not your fault, but unless the manufacturer lists this as a known issue covered by the warranty it won't be relaced....
FYI...if you call and threaten to cancel you can renew and get the same phone for 49.99 if you're not fully qualified since the last upgrade or you could also buy a prepaid phone and pop your sim into it...Remember Tmobile doesn't make the phone Nokia does, we support the warranty program but there are limitations as to what we can accept in the program any damage to the screen will 99.9% of the time not be covered by the warranty, if you have insurance you can pay 70 bucks to get it replaced or upgrade.
