Default T-Mobile Credit Reporting

I haven't been able to get an answer out of T-Mobile customer service regarding this question.

Why doesn't TM report to the 3 major credit bureau? I have had perfect credit with TM for the last 5 years. It would help me if they did report as I have had some negative marks with credit card companies. I can bet you if you don't pay your bill and TM sends it to collections it's going to show on your credit report. I would appreciate any comments on this question. Also is this the same with other carriers?

Thanks Greg

No cell phone will report you to a credit bureau unless you become extremely delinquent (3-4 months)...

Actually, if you wish to use them as a credit reference, they CAN and WILL (as will almost all utilities/services) report to the BIG3 upon request. I had them do it for me, as well as my DSL and others.... it bumped up my rating a good bit.
