As some of the longer-time members of this board will remember, I had major issues with VZW during my last go-around with them.
I don't readily recall your last go-around w/ VZW, or maybe it was before my time here @ WA, But I do hope that it works well for you this time around.

Would you be able to glaze over your issues w/ VZW that you were mentioning to refresh my memory??? Thanks & good luck...

Wow, that is awesome! Thanks for that. I have yet to go into a mall that has an amplifier inside(at least that I know of)

Did Verizon improve in your area?

I believe AnthroMatt had capacity issues, since most people in the area were using Verizon, but they didn't have enough towers to cover the area, capacity wise...I think that was it

Nope, it was customer service issues for me.

As to whether or not things have improved...thankfully I have had no need to call CS yet, so I cannot comment.

I think it's cool too. If only all the providers had such sites, you would be able to see the BDA's for each of them in areas where they have a high density of people and low service coverage. T-Mobile is far ahead of the others with this!

Well where did I get the capacity issue thing from...Sorry
Personally I've never had problems with Customer Service; they were always helpful and nice to me...Hope you have better luck with them now!

I agree; BUT I'm sure every provider has maps like those for their employees to access...T-mobile is the first to have their customers access pages like those, which is great! Looking at S.L., though, the whole valley is green though, LOL.

Yep, I had a great experience with T-Mobile when I was with them in SLC. It was perfect!

The TM PCC maps have been updated and improved! I think it will be a few days before they are directly available from tmobile.com, but for now you can get them here:

Shizam, look at the legend, if I'm not mistaken the key says that digital roaming has those green dots, so in your case, there is no roaming in your area, from what I can tell.

I know.....I should have said "in general" the big map looks like it has more green on it, for roaming, then the previous one......but it could just be me.

I'm still in a no coverage/no roaming area.....no changes here
