hey mcwilliams, in order to get an unlock code for your phone, all you have to do is call Customer Service and request that you want an unlock code for your phone. As long as yuove been a customer for 90 days, are in good standimg, and its a t-mo branded phone. Then theyll give you the code via snail or e-mail. Let us know how it goes.
