On the CNET review it says both phones are the same except for video and bluetooth. Is that true? Can I go to the 309 review for the 319?

the 319 is bluetooth capable whereas the 309 is not and the 309 is no loner available in-store, so if you are wanting to do prepaid, you cannot do that over the net with that phone.
