Default node handoff problem on Manhattan Bridge (NYC)

sometimes I make a quick call or check t-zones when the subway going through Manhattan Bridge
however, I found the voice quality is not stable, and the globe on SE phone is greyed out most of the time even the signal meter is full
is there any node handoff problem?
