its supposed to be unlocked but it recieves texts and thats it besides calls but how do i unlock it to send photos and text messages and get good ring tones

oh yeah the phone was new when i turned it on it was in portegese and the manuel was for a black one and in aribic

help me

Hi,

It depends if your service provider is T Mobile or ATT. If its T Mobile its pretty easy, you just have to change someing settings. For ATT its almost impossible. I tried to do it on my K1 for ATT and no luck, I tried every which way.

use the website and go to tmobileuspublic.wdsglobal.com this is the device setting configurator for both pic messaging and for tzones which is where you can get ringtones through tmobile. It's free to use to configure your device with tmobile settings
