I cancelled my account. On my service agreement, it has the Activation/Deposit Payment Method and it says this:

Payment Method: Cash

Deposit Amount: $0.00
Amount Paid: $75.00
BALANCE DUE: $0.00

At the time of the activation I only had $70 with me and they gave me a chance to pay the $5 until Tuesday. Would they still find out that I still owe them the $5 and report me to a credit bureau? Or they can't do anything about it since it says that I paid it all?

I would think since the balance due is $0 you don't owe anything. Even if you still owed $5, I think they would bill you first before sending your account to collections.
