Even after your contract is up, you'll still technically be on the same plan. So really nothing will change, except for the options you'll have. Sign a new contract, switch companies, upgrade, etc. I have a plan with Cingular that's no longer even offered, but since I was already in it, I can keep it as long as I want. (If that makes sense) I know plenty of people that have been out of contract for awhile, but they're still using their phones on the same plans they've always had. I hope that answered your question... (I think that's what you were asking) ~*Ash*~ |

As noted above, nothing will change when your contact ends. Keep in mind, however, that the plan you have is no longer offered, and if you switch to another plan, you won't be able to go back to your current plan.

Most places will offer the free phone option when you sign another contract with them. You will have to sign a new contract, but you don't have to take a new plan. As long as you're in one that suits your needs, just stay in it. But as has been said before, if you choose a new plan, and they no longer offer your old plan, you can't ever switch back. But even if they don't offer the plan you're in right now, you don't have to get a new one. You can stay with your plan as long as you please. ~*Ash*~ |

Ash is correct - just call customer care or go to a TM retail store. However, since you are on the lowest family plan, you won't get the best deals unless you agree to a two-year renewal (one-year is available though). The best upgrade deals (for family plans) are at monthly rates 69.99 and higher.

I haven't updated that thing in months... I need to tho. My mustang(my baby!) was one of the vehicles that didn't receive a recall in time... and burnt to the ground. :-( I now drive a Grand Prix. I've been curious tho, if I could get Ford to pay my deductible, since it was a mechanical default on their behalf... nothing I did. But I haven't been able to figure out who to ask... ~*Ash*~ |
