I stopped by t-mobile authorized dealer in the mall and asked him how much would v360 cost with 1 year contract with t-mobile and he said for phone it would be $99. Stopped by corporate t mobile store and they said 199 and woudn't cut any deals. So how is authorized dealer able to sell the phone so cheap?

I saw you post this on HoFo. The reason dealers offer cheaper prices is they get paid $100-200 per activation by T-Mobile (or whatever carrier they sell). They choose to give you a portion of that in the form of a cheaper price on the phone.

Came back today and another guy was there. Told him what other guy told me, he suprised and went and called him to confirm. Came back and said i misunderstood him and for $99 it would have to be 2 year contract and for 1 year he can go as low as $149
