Why is it when a person gets their Cell Phone Bill. 1 T-Mobile Representative said it would be 1 amount & another T-Mobile Representative said the last Rep mis-calculated wrong & the bill, which we paid a portion of, & we still owe about $30, which is higher than we expected or anticipated. I/we personally think/believe now that all Cell Phone Companies Lie to people & raise the rates with & (or) without their knowledge. That is OK, when or before our Cell Phone Contract is due, we might possibly be changing Cellular Companies & (or) go back to a Landline Phone unless of course Cell Phone Companies Change their ways & their billing, so it can be understood better by the customers/consumers & they inform the Customers by at least a Text message & (or) a phone call about their current Bill(s), so they do not become overdue. |

Did you recently start your cell phone contract? Have you made any changes to the plan or plan options you have recently? Did you go over your alloted minutes/text messages/data usage package last month? And aanswer to these questions would be very helpfull. | |
