Data Usage While Roaming Domestically Does T-Mobile
allow data usage while roaming domestically? I was looking at their plans and it says certain services such as MMS wouldn't work while roaming. I thought maybe it was because MMS uses data. So I was just curious about that. Does anyone have any info? T-Mobile
native network is not that big, I still would want to be able to get MMS and maybe light data while roaming.

Re: Data Usage While Roaming Domestically it depends on the roaming carrier, as long as they have compatible data services then it works, but if not or if it is not in the roaming agreement than no.

Re: Data Usage While Roaming Domestically That makes sense. In my market there is only T-Mobile
and AT&T
. I was curious about that. Speaking of coverage....has anyone noticed that the coverage maps printed in the brochures don't match what shows up online. Let me give you an example. I live in Seattle, WA. In order to go to Portland, OR., I would just hop on I-5 and go south...that's all. The brochure shows coverage straight down the corridor and looks pretty solid. However, using the online coverage viewer, it shows pretty big gaps of 'no service' in the I-5 corridor. What is with that? Which is right and which is outdated?
