I have no clue what's going on - but this morning my bill is back to almost normal - actually it's a few dollars less than normal. And the due date is now July 8 so it's all good. For now.

That is nice that it is back to normal it is frustrating when bills go sour.

Nice of you to share this but posting someone's number is probably not a good thing to do on a public wireless forum.

Well she works for SPRINT I am sure she would not mind the business, she was at Dan@sprint.com and she was a wonderful person and a great help. I read that alot of people are having trouble with Sprint Reps as I did in the past and she was great, all her calls or monitored and it would be great for them to hear she was recommended. Would you want to be if you were a good Rep. for someone? YOU act like you a big shot and call all the shots here.

Well, he is a Moderator, so he sorta is a big shot. And the posting of other peoples' numbers is not cool. Post yours all you want though.

It's typically common courtesy to not post someones direct number with out their permission. To provide customers with the best service they can the carriers typically spread out the load between support agents. Giving out a direct number to one can get a lot of people calling that one person and because of the volume of calls giving them all a poorer interaction with the carrier.

If she's ok with having the number posted then I wouldn't fret, but if she doesn't know that it's posted I'd remove it.

Angry Re: Does Sprint ever get it right the first time???

Wow Anthro that sucks a lot. I hope they manage to fix your problem, im more or less in the same boat myself.
I ordered a Mogul from Sprint, and had a great experience with CS, very nice people. 3 days later, it arrived at my door. The next day another mogul arrived. So, I called up CS, and they told me that there was no record of me ever being sent 2nd mogul. They noted it on the acct and said that I should send it back. I sent it back the very next day. According to the tracking # Sprint got it at their warehouse 2 days later. I got the bill a few weeks later and found that they charged the acct for 2 moguls! That happened in April, and i'm still fighting them for the extra $300 to be taken off the bill.
Things work a lot better with Sprint when you don't have to change anything. I really hope Hesse does turn this ship around, cause Sprint has a great product, but when the backing is absolute , its almost as bad as not having it at all.
Larry, way to be the boss.

Although you guys probably think you're joking, this is not a joke (and nothing a moderator should ever joke around with) and is the reason why some people, including myself, do not frequent this site anymore. With all due respect to you guys being a moderator, you are here to fix problems and make decisions and not use your "title" to get away with things.

Indeed.

Andy, you don't visit the site very much anymore because I asked you very politely, via PM, to stop thread crapping. Rather than stay around and abide, you chose to leave (for the the most part). That was your choice, not the choice of any moderator. And obviously you are still making off-topic posts in threads.

I know that paragraph is probably best said via PM, but since you see fit to post publicly what is best said in private, so do I.
