Well you can see I am from Utah. I left verizon to try Sprint and felt like I gave it a fair shot I drive alot in Provo and Salt Lake and not on the Inerstate in canyons and back country. Sprint was good I really never had recpetion problems with them. EVDO was good. I had some encounters with bad CS but I knew this going into the game so that didnt matter much. I ended up going back to Verizon simply because I needed the M2M minutes and also there are still places here that Verizon only covers that I frequent and like I said I needed the M2M and when roaming with Sprint I could not use the M2M.

I would say take Yankees opinion to heart he is from NYC and has sprint hopefully he will come here.

Is there anymore questions.

My suggestion to you would be if you are thinking of going to Sprint people can sit here and tell you the good, bad, and ugly. Honestly do yourself a favor get Sprint try them out where you go about 90% of the time if it works then there you go if not you have 30 days take it back.

Thanks for your reply. Are you suggesting I dont cancel Verizon during the 30 day trial. I do want to port but I guess I can initiate that after the trial.

I would 100% suggest you dont port until you know if you want to stay with Sprint.

Do not port your number, simply activate a line and test out the serv ice for 30 days, if you like what you see then port your number over, this will in effect cancel your Sprint service.

I always recommend to people that they should try out the service for about two weeks or so before fully porting over their number and making the switch.

I left Verizon back in 2006 because of the lack of towers here in Fairfax, VA where I work and play the most. I'll never forget the time I dropped a call in the VZW corporate store parking lot off 29... priceless.
