I am leaning slightly more towards the Katana, but what are your thoughts? Which one gets a better signal and sounds better? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks! Jenn |

I personally like the M520 because it's a fresh new design and the Katana's keypad and speakerphone sound aren't all that great. But that's just my opinion.

Agreed. I'd take the Samsung over the Katana DLX. Keypad on the Sanyo sucks if you text at all. If you never text, the Sanyo might be ok. Better battery life, better screen. Both sound good, but Larry is right that the Katana speakerphone is not very good. |

I have the dlx and the texting is not so terrible. but the sound quality is horrible. I am considering switching to the m520 the only prob is I feel like the dlx battery is too short, and I am scared the m520 is worse. Is it worth trading in the dlx for the samsung? I had the m500 for a long time and loved it. I like samsung better. I am still in the 30-day window. |

I would go for the M520, and you could even take the money you save and put it towards an extra travel charger, a car charger, or an extra battery. | |
