Default Question about SERO Features

I'm looking into Sprint and the Mogul and comparing the features included in the SERO plan with those available normally, as well as through my company discount. Does anyone know whether or not the SERO plans include (my company discounts, although about $25 more, include these features):

Unlimited mobile internet and messaging
Web surfing, email,
GPS Navigation,
Sprint Music,
Sprint TV®,
text, pictures, video
Domestic long distance and roaming

Thanks,

Brad

Yes, SERO covers all of those except the Navigation. I believe it is $9.99 a month or $2.99 a la carte.

If SERO is $25 cheaper, go with it.

Note: You cannot (in theory, but nothing is impossible) combine your company discount with the SERO discount.

Thanks Wumpusva...

I figured that the company discount wouldn't apply if using SERO (but it would be worth a try anyway).

So Sprint's $30 SERO plan, plus navigation for anothe $10 is still a better deal wven with our 23% discounted rate and you get an extra 50 minutes too.

Interestingly, our Tmobil discount is only 10% but the phones are about 1/3 off and the contract is only one year. It's hard to decide but SERO seems great if I can just get past my concerns about Sprint's coverage.

Thanks again,

Brad

Sprint has pretty solid coverage. Overall, Sprint has slightly better native coverage than T-Mobile, but this doesn't guarantee that Sprint is better in your area. SERO plans include voice and data roaming from Verizon, Alltel, US Cellular, and some smaller carriers.

I have been with Sprint for a while and I have been satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Mogul. I got mine about 3 weeks ago and I wish I had gotten it sooner. It is a great little device.

Thanks Bill.

I have a friend who echoes your comments about the Mogul and Sprint. Sprint is our corporate carrier (we have Moto Q's) and they all seem to work fine. Our areas include Northern Virginia and the Carolinas - Sprint is fine throughout I believe.

TMobile has great customer service and I suspect a very good potential to grow and do well given their reputation. I'm using a Sidekick for "kicks" and love it's keyboard and straightforward access to email.

The Mogul/Sprint is more powerful however and has many attractions (especially since my Comcast Internet has been down for days and I have an online grad course to teach starting Friday - big bummer.

Thanks again for the reply - good luck to your wife" campaign by the way.
