I know it is not forum etiquette to ask such questions as a first post but here goes nothing. I have pretty well studied every post I could find on every forum I could find regarding sero and have a decent understanding. However I want to know if I use a ‘found’ employee’s e-mail does it notify the sprint employee? I know I know there are address’s I can use that are generic (that’s what I log in with to study the plans) but I can not use a generic address when working with someone over the phone and unfortunately because the way my existing accounts are setup I need to. I just don’t use jane doe’s e-mail and then get a nasty call saying who said you can use it! Thanks in advanced.

It's only for new customers. As an existing customer, you would have to cancel your service and reactivate and sign new contracts. There are ways around this, but they can be very frustrating and time consuming.

Ahh well... guess I'll end up signing up a new account then just to get on the dang sero plan... Am assuming the ENSEMBLE system is their billing system then??? I really like my girl's Treo 755p with the exception of a few things and am wondering if the Mogul/Touch are worthwhile??? Really want WIFI in my device for web stuff and hopefully a flash/java enabled browser? suggestion anyone??? |

http://forums.wirelessadvisor.com/sp...on-via-ko.html (Retention vs. SERO ... Retention via KO!) I wanted SERO, called to cancel my current account to get a new SERO account, and retentions bettered the SERO plan! So now I keep my number and get a kick-a$$ plan ! Good luck! | |

my advice is to always talk to retentions before you do anything drastic. Retentions for any company are willing to throw almost anything at you to get you to stay. I had a couple in my store yesterday that got 2, count em, 2 palm centros for 25$ apiece..... I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. Now, will you get 2 centros for 50 bucks, probably not but you just never know what they'll do. My advice though, if they offer you something (any phone companies retentions) Make them accountable for it AT THAT TIME. Dont let them send you in a store to get things. 99% of the time we cant do it and have no idea what your talkng about. Just a little advice
