I have four lines...all on Sprint, but contract expires end of 2007. Had great coverage in my previous city, but very spotty in the mountains of East TN. I'm trying to decide whether to re-up with Sprint --I've been a customer for 10 years-- or defect to Verizon. SERO plan intrigues me. Is this for individual lines ONLY, or can it be used for a family plan? If so, rates are far better than i can get on VZW --especially if unlmited text is indeed included |

AFAIK, SERO does not allow added lines. However, you can have multiple SERO accounts. I also just want to restate, if coverage is spotty in your area, and you force roam a lot with Sprint, you will not be using M2M minutes while roaming. If coverage is spotty in your area with Sprint, you may want to check out US Cellular or Alltel rather than trying to keep Sprint with their coverage in your area, and force roaming a lot. They each cover parts of East Tennessee (As a very general guide, Alltel sells service north of Morristown and USCC to the south) and both have great coverage that's usually just as good, if not better than Verizon, with far less expensive rates in certain situations. If you have multiple lines, one of their plans may work out better than multiple SERO accounts and give you as solid as possible coverage in your area so they would probably be worth checking out. |

SERO is for individual accounts only. You can't have a family plan on SERO.
