Using MPT with my Sprint Razr

I have a Sprint Motorola Razr V3m and I downloaded Mobile Phone Tools because Im trying to get my playlist music off my computer onto my phone...
Okay so I edited all the SEEMS and what not and did all that hoo hah and I get to the last part....i go to mobile explorer on the Mobile Phone Tools and find my music in it's folder..but when I try to drag it to the mobile phone tab it won't let me and if I try to transfer an edited song snippet into a ringtone onto my phone it says'connecting'....... 'unable to communicate with mobile phone' what in the heck does that mean? I feel like if it takes this much I'll just freakin pay 2.99 a freakin song LoL seriously ..im not a rocket scientist..I just want my music on my phone >_<

I followed the directions HERE and was able to do it with my Razr. It worked great, just make sure you follow them to the letter.

I ran over my Razr though and ended up buying the Palm Treo 755P.
