That device looks pretty good- definitely something I would consider if I were on Sprint.

On my Sanyo 8400 I can get -72dBm; where my friend who has a Katana gets -83dBm (respectively). So yes, external antennas do help -- on certain phones. I know mine does. And when I extend the antenna it gains about 2 or 3dBm.

If this was a slightly bigger WM device, I would be all over it. I do hope for Palm OS fans this one fairs better then the last two Palm devices. Now where is the 800w.
