My a900m is not acting normally. It's been "serviced" twice at the local Sprint store. It loves to go from 6 bars down to 0, back to 6 bars. This is causing missed calls and many dropped calls. I must have dropped 5 calls in downtown Philadelphia yesterday. I also only get 1 bar in my apartment now, when the tower is around the corner. It gets bad reception roaming on VZ here (which is on the same tower around the corner). I doubt it is the network(s). No matter what I do or say, the store says the phone passed all tests. I find that hard to believe. What are my options? There is no other Sprint store nearby that does phone repairs. Maybe I'll have to wait until I move to Philly, I saw a store on Market St.

How many times have you had your phone looked at? I would try going there one more time, and go on a day & time you normally don't go. If that dose not work, then you will have to deal with retentions. Retentions can be a pain to deal with, so you may need to call them a few times to get it right.

I would call & tell them you have been having reception issues & that the phone has been checked & serviced on a few occassions & you are still having the problem, it should be under warranty & they should give you a replacement phone.
