Ok- Well I just got the new DLX today and I like it much better than the Muziq I had. Well I let it sit for four hours like I was instructed. Well I turned on my Muziq right as I was trying to send my contacts. I did a test call with my verizon phone and both the Muziq and DLX ring when I call my sprint number. Um yeah can anyone help me?? |

The ESN and phone numbers on both phones are still showing up on the network the same. That happens for a few hours/days after you activate a new phone. In fact I think any previously active phone you've used can also receive text messages & VM alerts if turned on whether it's the phone you're currently using or not. Customer service is usually supposed to tell you to leave off your old phone for a day. Just leave it off and take the battery out and you will be fine.

Larry is right! This has happened to me a few times when I forgot to turn off my old phones.
