then i would just say that there are technical difficulties and they will eventually be fixed but it wouldnt hurt to send an email to customer care or call in a trouble ticket about the coverage program

The areas that have the green with dots usually means it's an affiliate area where they either dont have (not likely) or arent allowed to show you.

thanks yankee..makes sense!! went to a sprint site today and noticed that it said Horizon PCS. Maybe thats why it's showing up like that!! Thanks!!

Yeah, that would explain why. Horizon PCS is a Sprint affiliate.
