really wouldn't say perfect!!! I get one bar in my home...lol probabally means they're adding capacity? more towers?

then i would just say that there are technical difficulties and they will eventually be fixed but it wouldnt hurt to send an email to customer care or call in a trouble ticket about the coverage program

The areas that have the green with dots usually means it's an affiliate area where they either dont have (not likely) or arent allowed to show you.
