SEEM for PDA to phone for modem use

how would I be able to bluetooth my phone and PDA together and get interney viz my phone's EV-DO............cuz when i go to access the internet my PDA asks me for a password and when I type in my Vision account info it says on my phone that Registration failed because the info is incorrect.....is there a SEEM edit for this?

It sounds like it is asking for the phones to be paired via bluetooth to me. You need to enter the same pw on the phone and the treo if that is what is happening.

You'll need ot pair the phones as Gman said below, however, you'll need to use the phones DUN profile and set it up as a modem in your phone. I'm not quite sure how to use that but standard dialup settings apply if I'm not mistaken.

it is an HP iPAQ............i did bond them with bluetooth and there is DUN capabilities available because my iPAQ lists the capabilities of the pair.....there is OBEX file transfer and DUN.......

after its bonded and i open internet explorer........it asks for a username and pasword...........i enter in my full Vision address including @sprintpcs.com.........and my password and leave domain blank..........then when i select enter my iPAQ says Dialing and my phone says Connecting as Modem............then a messgae comes up on my phone saying registration failed............i called about it and the tech support said that i needed to sign up for some $40 plan.........i didnt inquire further because i aint signing up for anything.........but i dont know why they would charge you extra to use your phone as a modem...........especially $40
