Hi, I spoke with someone today regarding the unlimited vision. He said this means you can access your mail and surf the net. Picture/Video messaging is also unlimited. Sprint tv is not included, text message is not included. He was really surprised about the plan, he said he has never seen it before and he thought how great of a deal it was. I think so too. I wish I have company discount though, to save some more money (I am getting laid off). |

Larry, I'm a long time Sprint customer but currently not under contract and was hoping to switch to the SERO plan. If the SERO plan is still available can you provide me the info for a referral and any guidance on how I might go about switching to this plan? Thanks! |

Brifla- I'll try to answer some of this for Larry. Getting onto the Sero plans without going through the normal route (new customer or new line with separate plan and through the website) can be tricky. It's a matter of getting the right rep on the phone, being polite and knowing what you are talking about Some have reported better success with business care reps and via email. There are way too many threads to read about this stuff on sprintusers.com but beware that your experience may vary. It could be worth the effort but realize that your patience will likely be tried in the process. I am also a long time Sprint customer and will be giving up the old $85 2000 minute plan and my old phone # for this Sero offer. My old plan is more than I need since the 6 pm nights became available. The inclusion of EVDO in the Sero offer is great, lack of text messaging is not. G. |

The SPRINT offer is not available for 87501. However, if I choose NEXTEL on the right instead of entering the zip code and email address for the SPRINT offer on the left, it does let me choose a phone and a plan. The bummer is that I am a NEXTEL customer already. However my contract expires April 3. Soooooo, can I somehow still get this. I really want one of these plans, darn it. : ) |

Since Sprint has completed their purchase of Alamosa PCS, I don't see why the SERO plan isn't available in New Mexico. I'm wondering if they are just slow to update their web site.

Thank you for contacting us about the Sprint Employee Referral Offer. The qualifying markets file listed on i-Connect will provide a list of all eligible markets for SERO by City, State and Zip. Affiliate territories are excluded from receiving this offer. If you attempt to sign up for the Sprint Employee Referral Offer from an Affiliate territory, the SERO website will provide a message to inform you that you are not eligible for the program. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further assistance. Sincerely, SERO Program I am guessing this means that I can't sign up for this great deal.

Can I port my # over on april 28... When I spoke with the Sero csr they told me that I hade switch my number as soon as I get the phone... Is that true!!! Oh Yea I forget, the Sero csr told that it would cost me $200 if I didn't port my # within a week of recieving my phone....

That CSR you were talking to is full of crap. You can port your number over later. I did this with two separate SERO accounts. Call back and verify with a diff. CSR if youre not sure...

I just called *2 and got to customer service rep. I explained I spoke with an in-store rep and he told me about SERO. At first she thought I was talking about the $25 referral but then put me on hold to check. Came back and said no problem...welcome to SERO. easy as that. |

To sign up or view plans you need to enter a sprint employee e-mail address. If you need one send me a PM here and I will give you one to use.
