Old vision vs Power vision service plan

The regular web access is different from the additional powervision capabilities.. you use those with out an option upgrade you will pay pretty

Their is no difference with access, it is just a network speed "upgrade". If your phone can use it, it will. Yankees & I, not to mention countless other people have been using Power Vision phones with regular Vision plans for months now with no charges. If people are getting charged, it is because the rep who did the phone upgrade or switch messed with the Vision Plan codes. I am not saying they are doing it on purpose, but things like this do happen a lot by accident. I've been dealing with incorrect codes on my additional lines for the last three months.

if you do happen to get cheated out of your grandfathered vision plan, is there anyway of getting it back?
