Where is SIM card for VI-2300 SPRINT phone?

Does anyone know where it is located? Inside the phone? Under the battery?...

This phone is a CDMA only phone... There is no spot for the SIM card.

So is there any way to retrieve information off of this phone that is deleted but may be still in the phone's memory somewhere? I am wanting to retrieve deleted text messages off of this phone which used to be my wife's. I found out she was cheating and need proof of the affair. Anything that I can do? Thanks.

No, with a court order you can have em pulled from the Service Provider, maybe. But once it's deleted on a phone it's deleted.

Most won't stand up in a court anyway for the fact that you can send a text to yourself from the provider's website and list anything you want to as the sender. Ex-wife's phone number, her name, etc. You might get lucky and it would be accepted, but I wouldn't want to rely on something that can be refuted with a little knowledge and a theory.

I would advise you to pursue the court order for official documentation from the service provider to prove, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that she was the one that sent the messages if this is feasible for you.
