UNICEL GSM in Southern AL UNICEL has opened up 45+ sites in Southern AL (Enterprise and Dothan) for roaming traffic. The sites are a combo of 850 (E-Prise) and 1900 (Dothan).
Just in time for spring break roaming revenue in the Gulf Coast......
