MetroPCS has continually expanded their coverage map over the last few years. Have they improved their service within the service area? Their pricing would make sense for heavy business use, so I'm wondering if they're a decent choice these days.

if you are only directly in atlanta it will be fine, if you travel or venture outside atlanta, forget it.

Most of my family have MetroPCS and they're mostly pleased with them... They never leave the coverage area and they haven't complained about the network in a while. It's the other aspects that leaves a lot to be desired, like customer service and phones.

have you looked into a VoIP service? if you need cheap calling get an internet connection like ATT for DSL (if you dont have that already) and then get something like Skype which is a few dollars a month and you can have unlimited calling anywhere for a few bucks.
