| Re: T-Mo/Suncom installing 53 new sites around Charleston, SC usually an upgrade of that size would be to get ready for 3G and will probably take between 1.5 and 2 years from start to finish at best, thats if alot of them are co-locations, if alot of them are new towers, it could take longer, it just depends. note: i am not a network engineer, but i have seen first hand how long build outs take as ive been able to study them in my area, it is not a very quick event but a series of small events based and planned out over a timeline. |
