I just activated my phone yesturday; and I had to call in and have the free unlimited texting added onto my phone - because telesales didn't add it for me. Other Usage Used Incl. Over TEXT MESSAGES UNLIMITED 5 UNLTD - CASUAL SMS TEXT MESSAGING 0 1 0 1 INTERNATIONAL TEXT MESSAGING 0 1 0 1 So I need to know what is a 'CASUAL SMS TEXT MESSAGE' - I mean I have the unlimited texting package. The only thing I thinking it COULD be is a VoiceSMS which I still shouldn't get charged for because that is included in my PowerVision Pack. Anyone of assistance please help. Thanks, GSM4ruralareas

Well I have not received my first bill yet, but before I had the unlimited text option added to my account since it was supposed to be on there when I received my phone, I too had a casual sms text message. From what I have read on HoFo, this casual text charge might be there due to me using a text message when I did not have the unlimited text option on my account. Hopefully this makes sense and I will be able to see if it does when I receive my first bill in another 1 to 1.5 weeks.

They did not add the unlimited promotion like they were supposed to if it says "casual". Call CS and tell them to add it... they'll have to speak with the promotions dept to get the promotion code

Nevermind... I didn't fully read your post. Ignore what I just said... If it's showing up as unlimited under the usage you are good to go... i'm sure the billing system will take care of those random 2 msgs. |

ABOUT CALL SCREENING ON MY SANYO -- Wait, now when people call me it automatically answers - therefore using minutes. I like the feature but don't want it to eat up my minutes like that! Now is this how it is supposed to work? Any alternatives? I really like this feature otherwise.

If you don't want to run up your mins disable the call screening and use Sprint's voicemail service...
