Should I go with T-Mobile or Virgin Mobile

Here is how I look at it..

Virgin Mobile
100.00 Phone (for a nice one)
.25 first 10 mins and .10 thereafter for a day
$ 20 lowest denomination card w/ 90 days of exp. time
NW Sprint PCS Network (may be crowded cause of all the MVNOs coming off of Sprint PCS)
Free Incoming Text. .10 Outgoing
NO WAP AVAILBLE

T-Mobile
Free Phone (I can get an old one from a friend)
.33 per minute
$ 10 lowest card denomination w/ 30 days exp. time (w/ the 1 year exp. promo every 6 months or so. For $25.00 refill)
Free Incoming Text. .10 Outgoing (I know a special setting to get free text messaging outgoing and incoming, though)
Also Gold Rewards
FREE/UNLIMITED WAP
NW T-Mobile Network
ON BROCHURE IT SAYS IF ACCOUNT TERMINATES YOU WILL NEED TO BUY A NEW ACTIVAITON NUMBER. WHAT IS THAT AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
