Does anyone know if Birmingham Alabama is undergoing integration? Also what is Cingular doing when they say they "Pushed" and update to my phone? Does that really help?

Yes the Alabama market is going through integration. When they say they "pushe" something to your phone it should be an over the air (OTA) update. you'll see a difference when integration is completed.
