Brad, do you know what the new PRL version is? How do I go about updating the PRL on my phones? Do I need to take them back to the store or can I do it via the phone like I did with Verizon (*268 or something like that)? I remember having to drive 50 miles to Grand Rapids to make sure I was on the Home System and then key in the right code. Lynn |

Unfortunately, you will have to go to the retail store. If you have a local store that sells the phones, they might have the equipment, but most likely they will not. I believe it is in the works to setup the system so that you can download the PRL like Verizon....BE SURE TO CALL BEFORE DRIVING TO THE RETAIL STORE.....I know here, they DID NOT get the new PRL today.....my rep told me that they should have it one day next week....so, Call b4 you go. I'm not sure on your phone how to check the PRL....How long have you had your phone....If you got it after August of 2002 then you are up to date....the roam list is 802 (8th month of 02) The new one will be 203 I assume. Check with your local sales rep to see if you can get it updated w/o having to make that long trip.... Good luck bud, Brad |

I'm sorry i wasn't clear earlier...i meant be sure to call the retail store b4 you drove 50 miles only to find out that they have not received the PRL update 203 yet.....My store had not gotten in today, said it would be sometime next week. As for your V60i, here are the steps to checking the current PRL Version: On your V60i, follow these steps to check the PRL....Press Menu, scroll to Settings, then Phone Status, then Other Information, and finally select PRL Version.
