I have a friend who has lost there ESN due to an error that Sprint has made within there billing department. Therefore my friend has lost a Sanyo 5300 in the transaction. We can not activate it under another plan because of the problems with billing. Does anyone have any suggestions?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

unfortun.. i do not think there is anything you can do witth activating it back with sprint......but who knows if there is anyone who would know the sprint tech folks here will tell you...
