Default Best roaming in TX/OK/KS

Hey all...
I was wondering which provider has the best roaming coverage in TX/OK/KS area? I need to decide between Verizon and AT&T. I ask because I need to be able to keep coverage while traveling the boonies of, especially, western OK, TX and KS. Any thoughts? Digital coverage is not so important; I just need any coverage. Thank you!

Jeff

I would go with AT&T's Regional Advantage Plan. On the regional advantage plan, you will have no roaming in ALL of Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and parts of southwest Missouri I think. I use to travel to Arkansas all the time and it was great, it didn't matter if I was out in the boonies I wasn't roaming. Go to www.attws.com, click on their regional calling plans, enter 73106 for your zip code (Oklahoma City) and then view their coverage map. This sounds perfect for you.

Verizon doesnt have coverage here in Tulsa, OK. and the western half of OK would be included in that. I have ATT GSM, and my home area is most of all OK, parts of MO, and Dallas metroplex. Im not for sure if verizon has coverage in OKC. So that might be something to consider into the equation

Z28black, how is the GSM with AT&T here in Tulsa? I haven't made the switch yet, contemplated it but I decided to wait and see what other people's opinion of it was. Stopped by one of the local ATT stores and there was somebody complaining about her poor reception on GSM and she wanted to switch back to the old network. I didn't see what phone she had.
