You might be able to get out of your contract. SunCom has released two people I know from their contract. My mom wrote a letter on Planetfeedback.com to them about how much trouble she was having. SunCom contacted her back and let her out of her contract without paying a ETF. I have a friend right now that is still on SunCom and they are letting him out of his contract too without paying a ETF. I think he is planning to switch to ALLTEL next month.
