Default Activation problem

Hi, I just recently bought a Samsung N400, and I successfully went through the steps to activate it. The last screen told me to keep my phone on for 2 hours so it can initialize the data service. The problem is somehow I accidently flipped down the cover, thus stopping the process from occuring. Is their anyway to correct this mistake? I have a feeling I may need to call tech support (sigh). But if their is anyway of correcting this mistake, I'd like to know. Thanks

Default Activation problem

Usually if you just try to launch your Web access it will once again start to provision your Vision user name and password into the phone. Just keep trying to launch the web and eventually it should work. If not you will need to call Customer service and have them try to help you.

They will most likely have you manually clear out your user name and password, which you can do yourself if you know the MSL of your phone. I have placed the instructions below.

Samsung N400&A500
Note: The user must be signed out of the browser to complete the below steps.
To sign out select Menu/Settings/Internet/Sign out.
1 Enter ##DATA and press the "OK" button
2 At the Mobile IP screen, scroll to "Restore" and press the "OK" button.
3 At the "Service Code" prompt, enter the MSL.
4 Use the up navigation to select "Yes" and press the "OK" button to restore Username profile to factory defaults.

5 Press the "End" key to exit the programming menus.
6 Press the 4-way navigation key to the right one time to launch the browser. A message will indicate "Preparing data services. Please wait".

7 The phone reboots.

Hope this helps.
