I currently have a Ericsson R2789d tdma phone for Cingular service in Oklahoma. What I am wanting to do is replace it with a Nokia 6360 tdma. How do I go about activating a new phone. Any info would be of great help. Thanks!

If you already have the phone, you sould just be able to call customer service and tell them you got a new phone and need to do an ESN change... They'll ask you for the ESN on the new phone and probably walk you through programming it... If you don't feel comfortable with that, then just go to a local store and have them do the work for you.
