I'd love to hear them.

My rep never shows up at our store, yet always exhorts us to sell more Sprint! Sell More Sprint! Plus, getting him to help with customer problems is usually a nightmare, although once or twice he's come through for me.

My Sprint Rep is wonderful. She is the nicest and most supportive rep we have. We also sell Alltel and Cingular. Our Alltel rep is pretty good about visiting, but they tend to be pushy. We never see our Cingular rep, but we don't like her so we'd rather not see her. All of them are usually willing to help with customer problems, but we use them as a last resort. My Sprint rep visits 1-3 times per month which is more than any of the others.

Sorry this isn't a horror story!

I have got a doozy, onetime I went down to the store to try to replace my phone I was using the Sanyo 5150 and at the time this phone was the bomb. I called the insurance to replace a phone they sent me a friggen Motorola talkabout. But long story short went down the the local SPCS and asked to exchange it. And they told me no, I looked at the rep like he was mad. He told me sorry bud your out of luck. I have the $150/4000/2000 Business share/Ult'd N&W and thats on 4 lines of service and I told him I pay more money for my monthly bill that you make in a month. Granted I should'nt have said that and he still told to SOL. I called customer care and they gave me a new Samsung I300 and Sanyo 5150 for $100. So thats why I only deal with customer care not no friggen absent minded agent.

They replaced your phone with a motorola?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Sounds like to me you got yourself a bad rep. I don't think they are all this way but I do totally understand why you would be so unahppy. At least the company as a whole came through for you in the end.

I feel like I should apologize to you for them.

I appericate the concern and I know it was the insurance but the rep could see what kind of phone I had prior and still insisted that he was not going to give me my phone back.

Apoc, your frustrations should be forwarded to the Insurance company, the sprint store reps can't do much to replace your phone via the insurance programs, primarly if they did, they would now have to become "licensed" in the insurance insdustry...not quite worth the 4.00 revenue Sprint gets from this service. As far as the insurance company goes they have the option of replacing your phone with a "like" or equivelent model which is the scary part...since they would consider some models equivelent based on price alone...You as well as I know price doesn't always determine quality. After paying 4.00 per month and a 35.00 deductible...I myself don't feel the insurance on phones below a $200 dollar price point is worth paying for insurance. (unless you are very hard on your phones!)
