so i just got in from a visit to the ATTstore. and they werent aware of their 34.99 500 anytime minute unlim night and weekend GSM plans after some long debates and a final call to the office, i was proven right hahaha felt great anyway, this is good news for ATT because now they offer a GSM plan that competes with tMo, now only if their GSM coverage could compete with tMo... that said ATT is lookin better...again...finally and taking heed in tMo's footsteps: ATT now does not care what GSM1900 phone you have, just bring it unlocked and you can use it with ATT, its about time theyve wisened up about that... no need to be stingy ... well its a 25$ fee for the sim card, but at least they do it.... goodness gracias ATT is now back in my goodgraces... now the question is t68i vs 720i -nero- |

To my knowledge that 34.99 plan is a multiband National network plan?? the ericsson and t720 are straight GSM and will not work on the multiband plans, only seimens gait phone will function on TDMA and Gsm.....did you hear different information?

let me know if you get activated and the phone works outside the GSM coverage area, phone will not use TDMA at all no matter if some how they put you on a uncompatible rate plan

nero, get the Moto. Hey, that sort of rhymes. Anyway, given the horrendous problems I've encountered in the past with Ericcson phones (why do you think that they're often the "free" phone given away when you sign up?) and the total lack of any sign that the quality is any better now, I'd run like hell, if it was me. |
