The fly on the wall tells me Cingular will be introducing the following by weeks end:

1000 ANYtime minutes for $39.99

no N & W can be purchased, no M 2 M can be purchased, no rollover

SHould be available through End of 2002.

I'm with Cingular right now and they don't currently offer the National Preferred Rate Plans in Houston. Does anyone know when they might have that in my area?

Cingular just posted new rate plans at the beginning of this week. 1,000 anytime minutes at$39.99 sounds great, but I don't see it happening (I hope I am very wrong! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] ). The plan just posted in my area gives 600 anytime + 3,000 N&W which isnt bad either.

600/3000 is better for most people anyway. Besides enough of this 1000 anytime minute junk, we already have ATT and T-Mobile doing it.

Actually the email that I got said that It WILL include Rollover....just not the N/W...m2m...Family talk...etc. Starts the 15th.

with the rollover plan it makes it better that what is offered by other companies cause if you only use 800 min total for the month you can rollover 200...

I don't mind that the plan is local, but it is unusable for my needs because it has no N/W minutes. Obviously this plan is a response to T-Mo and AT&T's new offerings.
