Default sprint pcs in baltimore/college park

im going to college park and i jsut got a new phone for my bday by a friends its a LG 4NE1, specifically designed for SPRINT PCS, i am thinking of going with a plan with sprint, but people say that it sucks very bad, i would like some reviews on it

i plan on calling friends in michigan/massachussets/illinois/va/new york/penn

will the long distance plan included in my plan work?

currently the rate is at 35.00 a month for a decent plan(free n&w + 300 min) -- what you guys think?

there are some places sprint works excellent, others it does not i cant comment on your area as i have only been to baltimore once with my sprint phone and i was only near the inner harbour area and a couple other places in town, where it worked very well. hopefully others in the area can comment.

as far as the plan you speak of it is 34.99 for 300 anytime minutes and 3200 N&W minutes and yes long distance is included in that plan. if you dont feel bad returning a gift id say for a 30$ more investment you could pick up a colour sanyo 4900 which is one of the best phones for sprint in reception, sound quality, and battery life along with a colour screen and speakerphone.
