Default Coverage vs Customer Service

I realize that the number one thing people today preferr is how great the coverage is or reception. I have had Sprint PCS for almost 2 years now and have occasional problems with coverage but the customer service... There is no such thing as customer service when it comes to Sprint. In the past couple of years I haven't had to call in very many times but recently I bought a new Sprint Motorola v120c and first off wait for 30 minutes on hold only to get to a person that says they can't help me!!! I have been hung up on 4 times in one week, told that the system is being upgraded 5 times in the past month, and told I would have to take the phone back. If you don't have Sprint please don't sign up with them. They are not turning a profit and can't keep people staffed there long enough to figure out what is going on in Cellular service let along figure out common courtesy. FIRE SPRINT and move to CINGULAR!!! I don't have it yet but from what I hear, and from just calling in and "feeling them out", they have been very helpful and knowledgable. Oh by the way, why would you want to watch tv on your cellphone? Go home and watch it!!!

An ILEC is an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier such as Verizon, SBC, Bell South & Quest (the Baby Bells). As for a Sprint deal, I have not heard of anything.

Default Coverage vs Customer Service

As for the original post, a company's customer service is only as good as the people staffing it. Every cellular or PCS provider has areas with horrible customer service. Cingular might have better customer service in your area, however Sprint's excellent customer service is one of the reasons they are my primary carrier.

Yes sprints customer service sucks.......but no one is asking you to be their best friend. You can go cingular and chat with their super nice customer service about why you cant make or receive any calls.
