Motorola 270c locked

My daughter has a Motorola 270c that she locked. She forgot the unlock code she chose. Is there any way to reset the phone? I have tried everything motorola has suggested as far as unlock codes. 000000, 1234 and the last 4 ditits of her phone number. I am new to this forum.

I'm going to assume you have Verizon Service since you have the MOT 270c. In the Northeast every VW store has computer software that allows the technicians to move programming like phone books, from one Motorola phone to another. It's very possible that the technicians will be able to "see" the lock code your daughter set up, (assuming she programmed over the the default code). Call a local VW store in your area (I'm not familiar with VW policies in the south, and ask for a technician. If they have the machine, great! If not, they should be able to help "master" re-set the phone. Your daughter might lose her phone book, but it beats not being able to use the phone.
