I understand that everyone has issues with their wireless services. Obviously some are better than others. Some are consistantly worse. Here's a link to the Kansas City BBB regarding Sprint PCS. |

I think I might have to start using the better business burea site when people ask about wireless service and complaints about them and stuff like that. You can do a search on the company and it tells you if that company is satisfactory or not. Better Business Bureau aiwapro |

I think it's important to note that refers to Sprint PCS specifically for the Kansas City area. If you look at Sprint PCS's record for many other areas they are satisfactory. I'm sure Sprint PCS works fine in some areas but like any carrier they have there bad market(s). |

This is odd since Kansas City is the headquarters for Sprint PCS, and as so has been regarded as being an above-average Sprint market. I am wondering what where the responses for other cellular carriers. Over a four-year period, these figures seem to be reasonable. -Bill Radio |

Kansas City is and has been a great market for SPCS. I have to question the validity of those BBB reports. Like someone else said the majority of complaints are probably due to uninformed new subscribers that don't understand the industry.
