Now this report really leaves me scratching my head. Extremely ambiguous in context, it belies a camouflaged "vent." 1. All wireless companies have their share of unhappy customers. The industry even has a term for the ones that are constantly changing providers, "churn." 2. The careful sentence construction would make me think that the poster is the one who filed the complaint but is trying to make it appear as something more. 3. I am never impressed by anonymous posts.
