Looks like some good news for Nextel "Reston, Va.-based Nextel said it added 501,000 new subscribers in the United States in the fourth quarter, beating analysts' estimates of about 460,000 to 490,000. This brings total subscriber additions for 2001 to 1.99 million, at the high end of its previously forecast range of 1.9 million to 2 million." Nextel ahead on subscriber numbers |
